Select Features for Inspection

Use the Select Features for Inspection utility to select Features to be downloaded to a mobile device for inspection.

On selection of a Route, the form will list all the live Features present on the Route. On initial selection of the Route, few Features may be assigned to an Action Officer and others will be Un-assigned.

Each Inspection route will display 100 records in an initial view. Users can use the pagination capability to get the next set of records.

On initial selection of the Route, the feature records are sorted based upon the Inspection route order. Users can later apply sorting on any column as per their usage.

Note: Sorting applied at once will be consistent across the Inspection Routes.

For Assignment, Re-assignment and Un-assignment, users must select the list of Features from the Inspection Route and use the Batch option provided on this screen.

The Last Survey Date displayed is the date that the Feature was last included on a completed Inspection Batch and is not unique to the Route or Inspection Type. This date can also be seen on the Feature Form on the Additional Tab.

The Next Due Date displayed is the date that the Feature is next due for inspection on the specific Route that has been chosen. It is calculated based on the Last Inspected Date and/or the previous Due Date, according to the rule specified on the Inspection Type screen. This date can also be seen on the Inspection Route screen.
